Placed order on 27th December with standard delivery. Despite it being Christmas it still stated delivery between 3 and 5 working days and "your order is due by or before 2nd January 2020".Guess what, they haven't arrived. Rang JD and after waiting in line for 22 minutes someone eventually answered!Sort your Supply Chain out JD, you should be doing better for customers than the service currently being delivered.Extremely disappointing service

Just purchased an England Trikot shirt. Three young nice people on the checkout, but gabbling away like nothing on earth, having lots of fun also about my supporting the English team. If I was knowing English as native language I'd probably smile about it, but this was in my understanding about the whole situation unfair and not really nice (you can call it rude) for me as customer. Have to think careful if I purchase something again here. I don't want a red carpet or anything like this as customer but a bit more respect and not just gabbling wouldhave been appreciated.
