I usally order from here and food and service are good but some reason on 11th i ordered at 7:50 on their website and order was accepted and my food never turned up they robbed me off £21 i went to the store next day which wasnt open

Me and a couple of mates visited here yesterday for the first time and ordered double chicken burgers half spicy and couldn't believe how fresh and nice the food tasted. We all agreed it was the best chicken burger we have had in a long time, and highly rate the food. Will definitely be returning!

BEWARE OF REVIEW BOMBERS. Lots of fake reviews from a few hostile people all around the same time period. Anyways,Great owners, great staff, great food. Honestly not much more to say. The meat quality is superior to most local places. If you can handle spice, go hot, as the spicy dip burgers are arguably the best in the area, since they're actually spicy. Also, one of the few places on Stockport road that takes card payments. Highly recommend. Fries are definitely the best in the area, though the red salt can overpower what is already fine.

It is worth it for the wings and secret recipe coating from I?d imagine a culinary guru who has perfected it over the years. They do not compromise on attention to detail. It?s arguably the best chicken restaurant in the borough including the so called ?big boy mandem? of takeouts in Longsight. Which for chicken has only Deens which is garbage. I have sampled the others and I just prefer Krispy Chicken. It used to be some naff chippy called crispy cod but now reppin it better

I must say, the food was truly horrible, leaving me utterly disappointed.The biggest disappointment, however, was the behavior of the owner ( The guy who looks like Hagrid in HP ). Not only was he rude and impolite, but his demeanor seemed to suggest that he was dealing with some mental health issues. As someone who believes in treating others with respect and kindness, it was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a complete lack of courtesy. The owner appeared disinterested in serving customers and had an overall dismissive attitude. It was clear that he had little regard for customer satisfaction or even basic customer service etiquette.Moving on to the food, it was truly abysmal. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and lacked any flavor whatsoever. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what one would expect, given the prices charged. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I was left questioning the quality of the ingredients used.In addition to the poor food quality and the owner's inappropriate behavior, the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The dining area seemed neglected, with dirty tables and floors. It was evident that hygiene standards were not a priority.

Terrible Experience at Krispy ChickenI recently visited Krispy Chicken with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I felt compelled to share my disappointment with others considering dining at this establishment.First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated, displaying a lack of basic customer service skills. Not once did I receive a friendly greeting or a sincere smile. It seemed as though they couldn't care less about providing a positive dining experience.Moving on to the food, it was nothing short of a disaster. The chicken I ordered was overcooked and dry, lacking any semblance of flavor. It felt as if I was biting into a piece of cardboard. The breading was soggy and greasy, giving me the impression that it had been sitting out for far too long. The sides were no better; the chips were cold and tasted like they had been reheated multiple times.The cleanliness of the establishment was also a major concern. The floors were dirty, and tables were sticky, clearly indicating a lack of proper hygiene practices. It was off-putting to say the least, and it made me question the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area.Furthermore, the prices at Krispy Chicken were exorbitant considering the poor quality of the food. I expected a higher level of quality for the amount I paid, but unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my hard-earned money.Overall, my visit to Krispy Chicken Shop was an absolute letdown. The subpar service, tasteless food, and unsanitary conditions were simply unacceptable. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, I noticed a lack of professionalism and a disorganized atmosphere. The staff seemed demotivated and untrained, which reflected in the poor customer service I received. Uthman, the owner, was especially rude and disrespectful, showing a complete disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism.To my dismay, the quality of the food did not make up for the dismal service. The chicken I ordered was dry, flavorless, and clearly overcooked. The sides lacked freshness and were disappointingly bland. It was evident that quality control was not a priority at Krispy Chicken.Upon sharing my concerns with the staff, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. The lack of accountability and proper management was evident, and it all starts with the owner. Even worse, Uthman's responses to negative reviews on Google Maps only further confirm his unprofessionalism. His replies are filled with rude and nonsensical words, displaying a lack of maturity and a concerning lack of empathy.It is disheartening to witness a business with such poor leadership and mistreatment of both customers and staff. It is clear that Uthman's behavior towards customers and his team is unacceptable. It's saddening to see that he may be struggling with mental health, but it is no excuse for his rude and offensive conduct towards others.I strongly advise against visiting Krispy Chicken. The combination of subpar food, terrible customer service, and an owner who lacks basic respect and professionalism makes it an experience to avoid. Explore other options in the area, where you can find delicious food served with genuine hospitality and respect

I never, ever write anything about food places but this place, Krispy Chicken on Stockport Rd, Levenshulme is absolutely amazing. The service, food and prices are the best this side of Manchester. ??? Treble winners ? This food cost me £7:00 !! I've just been into Krispy Chicken again tonight and the manager recognised me from the other night. Ok look, a few people have been saying unjust things about him in some of their reviews. I found him interactive, polite, friendly and respectful. When I went in I had to wait a while as they were snowed under. The manager explained this to me. Now, if you feel that you don't want to wait then there are plenty of other eateries on the Road. It was busy tonight which gave me a chance to watch his people skills. Tbh he was great with customers who he knew and those who he didn't know. Sure, if you go bouncing in with an attitude he doesn't look like the kind of character who will take that kind of disrespect. But then would you if you were in his place? Be honest. So yeah. Some of the reviews on here have been quite personal towards the manager. If you have a problem with the food, which myself and lots of others don't, then it's you right to complain. But forget the character assassination as I was in there a while tonight and the other night and didn't see that. Anyway I just wanted to add that. Go in, check the food out because Krispy Chicken is definitely worth checking out ?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!This has been the worst encounter I?ve ever experienced with a takeaway. I?ve ordered food on the website the money was deducted from my account,and the food was one minute away, according to the delivery app. The food never arrived after 2 hours of waiting, the shop was closed. I contacted the manager the next day to discuss the matter; he was extremely rude and had awful customer service; he never apologised and simply stated that there was a technical issue and that the business was closed. I still haven?t received my refund two weeks later.

Me and my partner ordered food for the night after waiting over an hour we called the place. They told us the driver had left and cancelled the delivery and that we would need to order again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour as we were starving.
