Bunch of time wasters.. ladies just chatting together instead of serving.. one of them was busy chewing her nails and staring at me eyes to eyes for 5 minutes and did not ask me anything... After ten minutes of waiting other members of their group who came from outside asked me if I had been served!!!!Very bad customer... read full comment

A grotty portakabin outside the main entrance to NWMGH. Expect to wait a fair while as they deal with inpatients, as well as people like me, wha had to go there for special prescription. Car parking is a nightmare!?
