I had a problem with my visa debit card and found the staff very helpful, informative and put up with my frustration. The ?chip? bit of my card needed replacing. It was explained to me that my contactless & mobile banking still works (with a new card being ordered) just after a few security checks, I was able to carry on my day. Well done all the staff at this busy branch especially Camilla.

I've put in the deposit machine a sum of money for my daughter.The machine got stuck counting the notes. Eventually a lady manager arrived and couldn't get out £55,so we went home robbed.

Terrible bank with terrible staff. Opening hours are a joke. Queues are horrendous. Staff are borderline obnoxious and certainly don't act like service providers dealing with clients and customers.Lloyds raise prices every year and cut staffing in favour of automation so one can only imagine they also cut training as these staff are either untrained, clueless or simply dgaf.

Went into Stretford branch today around 245pm with my son Luke Martin to help him provide ID to Finnish setting up his 16-19 current account.Patsy and another lady on the till were really helpful went above and beyond to help us do everything involved explained and helped us set up digital & mobile banking as its all new to my son at 16.Thank you so much for your kind help, I now have peace of mind if my son needs any banking help he will feel comfortable coming into Stretford branch anytime.

Waste of time. Made an online application to open an account and was asked to bring proof of ID and address to the nearest branch. At the branch, I hand my passport and a bank statement to the representative. She asks me which country's passport it is. Greece, I answer, and she proceeds to ask me for a visa. I tell her that I don't need a visa since Greece is part of the EU. She still uses google to verify this information. Afterwards, she takes my bank statement, checks it for 5 minutes, goes to speak to a manager, and returns asking me for anything else that can prove my address. I tell her that the email i recieved specified bank statements as form of proof. "Yeah, but not this one". I tell her that except this and some letters I have recieved like my nino application letter, or a letter in which i got my other debit card, I don't have other sorts. She obviously doesn't accept any of those (i knew that she wouldn't, I have been here two other times prior) and asks me to bring something else. I ask that I'd rather cancel my application instead, she says I should just let it expire. It does not expire though, and i keep getting message reminders and emails every 4-5 days. I show her these messages, which finally make up her mind and she cancels it. Most certaintly won't be going back.

Louise payed in a bill promptly and explained the different accounts available for me to save in, got my perfect savings account now. Exemplary customer service, greeted with a smile and felt extremely satisfied upon leaving. I'm Glad i switched banks now this was the service i was looking for.

Awful service and do not helpful at all. Some of the staff just chat without serving customers. Again absolutely awful.
