Been with this atrocious bank for years and when I applied for a credit card they refused my application because of a mistake made. To say I was displeased is an under statement.

Zero customer service. refused me a service and refused to give me any alternative solution. I spoke to Lloyds customer service who told me I was in the right and the branch were wrong for what they did. I visited the branch again and they told me customer service don't know what they're talking about and yet again the branch refused me a service.

Very useful for quickly cashing in money to the bank. Shame that it's shutting down. It's really helpful!
