If I could choose zero stars I would. I purchased for the first time recently having seen shoes I liked in the sale. Within 2 weeks the decorative buckle on one of the shoes just fell off. It turns out to return goods even if they are faulty you have to either go to store or cover the postage yourself and apply for a refund of this cost. I chose to go to store and to be fair the staff in store were helpful but they couldn't refund me direct or do a simple exchange instead they had to request a refund and i had to pay the price of a second replacement pair. Before doing so I sought assurance that this wasn't a common issue with this particular style of shoe and was told that no they had had no problems. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the refund to go through which it did on the exact same day the exact same thing happened to the second pair of shoes. And so the inconvenience began again. The nearest store is 40 minutes away from me so this time I paid the postage. 6 days on despite having proof of delivery I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or refund. Having chased yet again I am being told it cam take 10 days for the refund to be started then upto 5 days for it actually to be credited to your account. I have never dealt with a company with such a diabolical returns policy, lack of customer service and quite frankly poor quality of merchandise. One fault happens, 2 in 2 weeks suggests a significant issue none of which the company is prepared to do anything about.

Beware of their return policy which is that buyer pays return postage! They also aren't accepting in-store returns for online orders at the moment.

What a shocking experience I have had. No way I would want to turn my hands to this shop again. Decent shoes but horrible manager. He is very arrogant and unpleasant and his customer service skills are nil.
