Is this a joke??I bought a large furniture item from them and on the day of the delivery they called me and said they lost the item! How incompetent do you have to be to let something like that happen???They refused to compensate for the inconvenience either!Disgusting in every wayUpdate: they found it so I?ll add some stars

Poor customer service, one of my ordered item was missing from the delivery. The operator could barely speak english when I followed up. Got promised a call back twice but no show. Been a week

That place is a saving grace, let me put it that way. With little money you can get what you want.

My experience with mustard tree has been very positive. Everyone is so kind and eager to help you ive been to the eccles store and the ancotes store and at each shop everyone has been amazing to me and my little girl, no judgement or rudeness just kind, compassionate and empathetic people. I've been going through quite a hard time in my life recently and whenever I've needed information on items that I need or items they have in stock they've always gone above and beyond for me. They have all been so incredibly kind and compassionate, especially Jonathan and Dezzy. So many organisations that claim to help people are full of people who are not kind, who don't really care and who are not helpful but at Mustard tree there true kindness really does show. This is one of the few places in the UK I believe really does want to help and support you no matter what your circumstances are. Thank-you thank-you!!

Contacted them to donate a leather sofa and 2 chairs. One of the chairs needed attention to the springs, which I made them aware of. As they have a workshop I would have thought they could have sorted the springs. They declined the donation. Didn't even say they could take the sofa and the other chair. Will be donating elsewhere now and in the future. I visit lots of rental properties for work and believe me many people would appreciate the leather furniture I am giving away. Do Mustard Tree expect people to donate brand new items?

Visited this place back in 2017 while I was volunteering for Brentwood Day Centre in Middleton. They have a lot of decent second hand stuff and the staff are very friendly.

Mustard Tree is supposedly a "charity" store with the CEO gaining the most benefit. It relies on people's good faith and action to donate items which this organisation claims to use to help homeless people but are actually selling the items to increase their profitability margins and lining their pockets. They feed the homeless bland food like "bread cake" and devalues their existence. Not to mention, they thrive off "volunteer" (ie free) labour which often are migrant workers and hoard items they think they will receive more profit from if they sell online. Ultimately, a commercial business posing as a charity store to maintain good standing and ensure people are giving away free items they can sell for their own benefit. I hope you get shut down.

Donated 2 sofas to these guys. Very friendly, collected on time and kept me informed throughout. Will definitely donate again, thank you.
