Recently visited the premises and paid money into my account, and what more can I say. Customer service top notch.
Staff excellent.
Experience was a pleasure to talk about.
Compared to a branch of the same bank in my home town.

Poor Customer Service. I went to this branch to open a new account. A guy with a tablet who called Harry Cooper was there and asked for ID card just to book an appointment. I told him itâ??s not with me but I can show you its picture, then Iâ??ll bring the physical card on the date of appointment. He didnâ??t accept!!!! So I had to come tomorrow. Today I came here and today he said where is your proof of address?!?!?!
This is ridiculous, funny and unacceptable customer service. He could tell me to bring the proof of address with physical ID as well. But he didnâ??t.
His manager should kick him out or teach him how to guide people.

The staff in this branch are complete let down to the Natwest brand the guy stood near the door with tablet in his in his own little world. If you are not sure what to do no one ask you if need any help, no one has a even a smile on there face and I went in after a bank holiday Monday on a Tuesday they all looked hung over. Customer service that once was the pride of natwest has now clearly gone out the window. Never visiting that branch again ð??
