The worst experience I had . Rude female Costumer Service. Didn't help and just ignored us. We left the bank and opened account in another bank in 10 minutes. I am so sorry for the people who need to accept this kind of "service".

Absolute waste off my time.The staff in this branch need more training.Last week a made a large withdrawal and deposited the cash into my son's account at this branch.Today I was repeating the same process but only a quarter of the amount. And I was told by the teller "This transaction is not possible" she told me it would be easier for her to transfer the money from the account to other accounts... This I can do on the app myself If I wanted to. Then she got annoyed with me because I insisted she take out the amount in cash. Then she said her terminal had "Crashed". Her tone if voice had changed, mine too because now I was losing my composure. Why would she just action my instructions?So because of the teller I closed my 25 year old RBS savings account.

not one to moan but the staff here need some customer service skills. if a customer has a grievance, first listen and then respond... banks... who likes am!

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. Absolutely useless. There's no air of urgency, staff are useless to say the least.. not helpful at all, very dismissive and uncaring attitude, constantly disappearing into the back. Perhaps they should hire some people who actually know what good customer service is.... awful experience.

All rbsâ??s have closed now have to use NatWest. Have tried three branches now and all organised terribly with huge cues. Non half as organised as any of the rbs brancheswere that I used to use ( Cheethamhill and Middleton ).

What have they done?! Why on earth did they have to copy Halifax down the road?!! EVERYTIME I have been in there since the change, the queue is furthur than the door and there are only 2 cashiers. The wait is at least 30mins. Totally and utterly frustrating. The cash machines are right next to the queue so you get no privacy when using the machines either.

Excellent staff very helpful, but the wait is put of order I was waiting stood for half an hour to be seen as it was very busy with the queue leading back to front door, they should have more staff
