I went in because I was having a problem with the app. There was a small wait. I think that there was only one guy at the help desk but when he saw me he was helpful and did what he could quickly and he knew what he was doing and was polite also.

I've been dealing with the Natwest in Didsbury for many years and have always found the staff to be very efficient and supportive to me. I particularly have to praise Frances, Sarah, Hazel and the manager Sean. They couldn't even tell me how to download my bank statements online myself. That was the manager. Not helpful. Worse than robots. Don't waste your time, better off going into another branch,or not. I'm closing my account with this bank, their online is utterly pointless too.

Helpful staff, very covid-conscious. Nice and spacious bank, very accessible. Plenty of machines and plenty of staff. Right in the heart of Didsbury village. Often has a queue, but that is hardly their fault. Nice to have a local natwest still open, most are shut with the exception of those in City or town centres.

I can't thank Natwest Branch Didsbury enough for just letting me into the branch just a minute before they closed and then the lady on counter Frances, What a star she is, the most experienced member of the team and dealt with all my queries with smile and such professional behaviour. Went to bank to open my sons saving account .ladies pauline and Alayne guided me and helped me to open accounts and .they are all really good and helping .many many thankx to them .

Really bad customer service, really condescending. I only wanted to photocopy and send off some documentation and I found myself in the Spanish inquisition as to why my university wasn't familiar to them. Things still exist if you don't know about them haha

Website needs to reflect current hours - at 3.15pm today branch doors closed and although customers in branch when the doors opened for customer leaving, staff member refused my request to bank a cheque - really unhelpful and very disappointing lack of putting the customer first
