Very poor service.Not enough ataff .Customers waiting over 30 mins to be served.Avoid!!! I think its a Natest ploy to get people to bank online!!! Possibly the worst bank in England!!!! I did not want to give it one star if Im honest but its not the staffs fault and Claire the advisor is lovely and helpful.

Called in around 3pm apparently this is the least busy time but waited 20 mins just to make one not very huge transfer. Only two in front but when i finally got my turn his comp crashed and no one else at desk was able to help. Two other staff shuffling paper behind the desk. Awful service

Not enough staff on counters. Over an hour to get any service. Also I wanted to put a change order in and was told to go online and do it, why I couldn't just give then it over the counter while I was there I don't know. Never had problems like this in RBS

Visited yesterday give incorrect information the week before. One young man Oliver very helpful and polite. Pitty other staff are not the same . Rude couldn't be bothered poor service. Oliver is a credit to your bank . Maybe other staff need customer service training.

Katie Giles has helped me twice now with helping my international colleagues set up their English bank accounts. Katie offers the most fantastic customer service I have experienced in a very long time, her Fantastic personality really shines, bank appointments are usually so dull but being in her company genuinely makes you happy.
