Been having massage with Anna Dale, therapist for 20 years. I haven't found anybody better. Anna tailors to your needs and likes. Today I have had a face massage. Bliss, so relaxing and my puffy eyes have vanished. Thankyou Anna.

All the staff I encountered were attentive and approachable. It was a lovely experience browsing there: no pushiness or superficial sales patter; completely genuine people who are knowledgeable and engaged with the products and ethos. Though the shop had sold out of a number of items I'd wanted, Ruth went above and beyond to work around this and was giving of her time and insights, as well as being naturally warm and friendly. The new sales assistant (sorry I didn't catch her name) was also very helpful. A pleasant atmosphere and the products are excellent.

Can?t even describe how rude the manager was?* they sell faulty item for full price or is the quality that bad?She never actually greets neither stood up to see any customers since my first shopping in the store Manchester.If you are a mouth fighter who loves to be treated badly and threatened by them.Go for it:)Cctv and everything you can see? What have I done really wrong to be threatened to be this awfully?They made me cry?! Do you normally make customer cry who paying for the faulty product!?Is it normal for business to charge customer for product which not functioning? It does looks so for me.Product: 9.50£ charged me £19.20?They charge you one drop of oil 0.60£ its fineWe put 5 drops of Rose oil first however, it didn?t smell any of rose. Remember?So we put 10 drops which still don?t even smell like rose still. I still remember server?s face because she also smelts possibly nothing different.I was happy to negotiate since it did not smell anything like rose. We put how many more drop we put Geranium oil instead?And forced to pay for it something clearly not happy. I was frustrated since I was expecting possibly members staff could suggest me deals or solutions?But nothing, threatening back, so I have paid for it.I was quite willing to follow what your business suggest since I was not aware of ( your business skills so bad so don?t even know how to suggest differently or better option or explain this particular product won?t smell any of oil regardless how much you will put!? Like this? ) and not happy for that product(because it didn?t smell anything like rose ) and I still have the product.But what the woman said ? if you don?t pay we will call the security?Do I really look like shoplifter or someone who will run away to steal? Really?They will treat you like rude as possible whatever you buy even if the quality of the oil was not even good to smell in the product and charged me the price even if it didn?t smell like anythingHappy to know there are more stores in UK.No need to visit to make you feel not welcomedOr are they racist? Just me being an Asian to be feel in this way?I remembered why I have left 3 star on last visit.Otherwise, it is not explainable why other people left good reviews..?Lets see what you are going to reply?

Initially went into the shop for post car accident. Then rediscovered all the beautiful herbs, salves and emollients.I?m currently hooked on the frankincense range, the warming salves.The end of week ritual, and use of diffuser benefits my overall mood. Promoting relaxation and meditation.The specialised advice, and useful suggestions by the Neal?s yard team is unique.Thank you

Terrible delivery service. Bought as a gift for my mum. Hermes lost my order apparently but Neal's say they cannot resend or refund until Hermes figure it out. Ordered 17 days ago and still in limbo. Completely missed my mums birthday. I should have known better and just ordered something else from amazon.

Rang 8 times no one answered the phone rang for 2 minutes each time I'm trying to book a facial as I've had £150 in gift vouchers from Christmas could not book on line system not working it kept saying every date and time fully booked for the next 8 weeks not a good customer experience very annoying

Aromatherapy heaven. All the standard essential oils and also a variety of blends that are great to have on hand. Staff are well-trained and genuinely interested in well-being and natural solutions toward this. Sometimes there are sessions and seminars about alternative therapies and holistic techniques that the store organises, these are worth joining. Tricky to not buy a whole lot of products as they are all great, and high quality.
