When to collect a parcel from next at The Fort and enter the number thought i would have to wait but less than 2 minutes the parcel came out and i was on my way staff were very polite and helpful

I love Next but Manchester Fort branch is appalling! My orders to be picked up in store were stolen three times, latest was 27th July 2021. I was planning to go pick them all up at once since the order did not come together. I got an email saying, thanks for collecting your parcels!!!. I rang up immediately to complain and the adviser called them, only to be told the parcels were missing! Which l'd rather say stolen within the branch again! How did they manage to post it into my account as collected! It baffled me. Please be aware that you may pay for something you did not collect if you don't check your account regularly

Very disappointed with customer service on Menswear today. I wanted to exchange my suit for a smaller size however I was told it wasn't in saleable condition due to the tags being removed. I've returned items a few years ago even without a receipt and it was honoured. Gemma (Manager) was not helpful at all. All I wanted was an exchange for a product I've only had for 4 days. Never will I go to that next store again.

Went to collect my boots, that I'd purchased on line.
Fabulous communication via email to inform me that my order had arrived in store.
Staff really friendly and pleasant when I got there.
Definitely 10/10 ð??ð??ð??
