Absolutely disgusted by the way a member of bar staff spoke to my friend who was being nothing but polite. This member of staff was throwing her arms up, snarling and swearing at my friend even after she politely responded to the fact it was last orders and simply needed what would have been a few seconds to order. Completely ruined our experience and gave a very unwelcome energy to our evening. As a hospitality worker myself, my blood boiled from the second it happened to the second I left, and I am further irritated that I didn?t say something and complain to management.

Rude staff and dismissive manager. Ordered and paid for a drink, were mistakenly given the wrong drink and politely asked for it to be swapped and replaced for the correct order. Was refused this by member of bar staff who wouldn?t check if the drink was correct. Manager poured the drink down the drain and accused us of trying to get a free drink and was incredibly rude. After ten minutes of explaining the situation we left with no drink after having payed for a double and mixer.
