Prices are great in this store if you're not looking for a specific item. However, I found many of the counter staff let this store down. A couple of the servers were very rude and dismissive. They really need more training on customer service.

Hit or miss with what they have but that is to be expected considering it is an outlet. Staff are friendly and shop is clean and tidy.

The Manager of the store is welcoming and understands the problem and solves it. but the staff needs to be trained in customer service, policies of the company, and behaviour towards customers.

There are limited choices for people with wide feet. Enjoy great discount if you managed to find a suitable pair of shoes. Student discount is not applicable for discounted items, only for full price items. At least that was what I was told by the nike staff.

Rude girls with bad attitudes, I was followed and asked multiple times if I needed help they was just trying to see if I has stolen anything,( I have a better job than all your staff) the girl on the till was staring at me for a long period of time, I have never been in there before and will not be going back, while you where following me, my baby and sister around a man stole two blue nike coats lol, I would sack all them rude young girls, terible at there jobs!!!!

Can be a bit hit & miss on whats in,the clothing range is ok,but the trainers all over the place & boxed,rummage for your bargain..
