Had an issue with an online order for click and collect, one of the guys I believe it was saisse, went over and above to sort it, even though we should have dealt with the online team, new phone turned up next day, top notch work !!

Visited the Fort branch to ask for help and the branch worker had a rude tone. If he didn?t understand, he could have said.The retail worker?s colleague was sat down on the computer and did not offer any guidance/help.So I ?brushed? away whatever had happened and left the store.When I had spoken to Customer Service, via phone call after leaving the branch, they had told me that the retail stores do not have the ?facilities? and/or ?skills? to help with migrating my pay as you go sim to my contract sim (which I wasn?t aware of).

Had a problem with 2 business phones. Saw Kevin at the store and he sorted it out very quickly. Both O2 and Aerial had spent 3 days on this problem with no success. O2 you are lucky to have this young man working for you

Let me write a review for this one, I've been with these guys for a long time and had couple of problems not been sorted out but than you can return the phone if you change your mind, you clearly have 14 days time period and told me you cant do it because I recycled my phone (no one told me that) so now they are coming up with this is a franchise store (not o2) which I have no idea so please becareful if you purchase a phone you wont get a refund or exchange, absolutely disappointing experience and not recommended at all
