I was astounded by the behaviour of the staff I have never seen a person being accused of shoplifting and the the proved he had not taken a can of soft drinkThe tall guy that accused him of the offence walked away laughing no apology there was a small woman who was called daisy I think was also laughing at this man who they had just humiliated in front of a shop full of customers absolutely disgustingPlus the place had papers all over the floor and the guy who was mopping the floors just threw the dirty water out of the front door of the shop instead of down the drainWho ever was in charge 10- 02 - 2024 mid afternoon needs to sort the attitude of there staff

Had a parcel sent to one stop Moston Lane East. Received my Email to say it had arrived, then within couple of hours another Emailed thanking me for collecting my Parcel.
Went into shop next day First on explained my puzzle the assistant found it very funny & told me it looked like they didn?t have it. On instigating he checked he found my parcel still very amused. Initially I was told it had not left the shop & the mistake was discovered before handing over the parcel. Clearly not as it had been cellataped up again.
No apologies just an assistant laughing.
I asked why they didn?t check ID & check address. I was told they do ask for ID, my response clearly Not.
Lesson learnt don?t get parcels sent to One shop ?

I like this place, as don't feel ripped off by service charges when paying by card for a start. It seems clean and staff seem ok . Many items are well priced, aswell as some excellent offers. Although at the same time there are some some shocking prices. RECENT POLICY : cash only for energy purchases, but they do have a free atm machine inside . Or you can ask for cash back if you purchase something. One member of staff said it was due to a fault on there system . ?

Management is poor!! always low on stock, always a queue always get dirty looks when no one is behind till, like what are you doing in here. Stop going in.
