I ordered a £14.99 deal tonight and the food arrived in time and was hot. The pizza was cooked well. I must commend the delivery driver. He was so polite and friendly despite having to deliver in this rainy and windy weather! He had excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn?t get his name and there was nothing on the receipt to give feedback. But all round a good service.

I?ve used this pizza hut for collection several times. It?s always a mixed experience depending on who is working the counter. Some staff are very polite but others very rude and uninterested. However the food is always delicious and ready on time. I can not speak for delivery, but collection service here is pretty good.

Wow - just tried to order my kids some tea and when the dude finally showed at the counter he seemed like we?d just woken him up. Guy didn?t know the products, really unhelpful and seemed not to believe me when I pointed out a deal advertised in the window!! Guy was unkempt and disinterested. Needless to say, dude put us off so we went to dominoes next door and had good customer service there

Tasteless, stogy, goey cheesy mess of a pizza, what has happened to pizza hut, have eaten in a few places on Manchester, both eat in and take away, all the same, not the same as I remember growing up, disappointed. Not cheap either.

Awful service. Not the first time I?ve had issues with this store.
Placed an order tonight and payment was taken from my account. This was the last money I had in my account until I got paid. I then got a notification that the order had been cancelled but the money had been taken from my account.
I rang the store to be told it wasn?t their problem that it was the Pizza Hut UK site that had the issue and there was nothing they could do. I explained the situation I was in and was told that they couldn?t do anything. Exceptionally poor service - as a gesture of goodwill they could have honoured the order and allowed me to pay when the refund was returned to my account but apparently this isn?t company policy. Seems company policy is to shaft their customers. Will not order from the CHORLTON store ever again.
