Visit 1) Helped a customer behind me out of turn, because they knew them. Gave me attitude when dealing with my parcel and was very unprofessional, looking at girls coming in and out of the post office instead of focusing on my parcel - seemed very inappropriate.Visit 2) Had attitude again for no reason at all and his tone progressively got worse with me. Very intimidating, rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Seems to be fine with girls that will give him their time.Will be complaining to head office about this old man, who does he think he is.If you look at other reviews, I'm not the first woman to have felt uncomfortable in this post office - this type of behaviour is unacceptable.Looking at other people's responses I doubt they will even apologise for their poor service and bad attitudes. Did not expect this from a post office!

I was in a bit of a rush and wanted to quickly drop of one parcel but didn't have the time to affix the label on the package and I've seen staff kindly attach labels on for me before (it's not something I do often, especially if there is a long queue)But at this time the shop was quiet and I politely asked for tape and scissors (literally just 1 label) the man at the counter (who I assume was the owner) shrugged and said 'I don't have anything' when I saw tape and scissors at the side. A lady passed me tape but not the scissors so I proceeded to attach the label on quickly whilst the man behind the counter was shouting at me saying "You need to do this before you come here!" "You cant do this here!"Obviously as a young woman the situation was really uncomfortable and I just proceeded to apologise and now all the staff proceeded to give me horrible looks as I walked out.Will never enter this post office again, by far the worst experience I've ever had when I was just dropping off a single package.

If you have time to waste then come here as a simple task will take at least 20mins,nobody seems to know what there doing running around and then there always understaffed!Thank god there selling up ??

Only people that complain about this post office are non locals. This place is a gem and should be protected at all costs.

Best post office I've ever used.It's my one stop place to pay all my bills and send stuff in post.The lady owner and her husband are lovely people and the vending machine does a nice hot chocolate.I'd recommend highly.

Actually a decent post office as opens later than others which is often useful but guy running it has no customer service skills whatsoever. Is he ok?

Great post office for posting at the last minute parcels for ebay buyers who want their item tomorrow. I am often amazed by the long hours the staff put in here and all for the good of the local area, so help them as they help us.

Really great helpful service and so super super helpful open till 8pm and at weekends when don?t have time to take parcels and recorded stuff during 9-5!
