“The team at the office are great, however when I see a parcel is coming via RM I know I will be paying them a visit as RM seem unable to leave with a neighbour? Appears easier for the delivery team to just leave a card half the time not completed correctly just a tick, pick up at local sorting office... The open times are ridiculous now, used to be 08.00-12.00 now its two hrs here & there RM are not customer focused at all”
