I was caught out at the automated checkout by the age limit on a book so I had to wait for assistance because they've never got enough staff them the red light was flashing and the automated voice was going off I stepped away from the checkout for a few seconds to see if I could catch a member of staffs attention whilst one was chatting to various other two or three customers who hadn't upset their checkout I had another woman try to her shopping through the till is was trying to pay through
But unfortunately after standing at the till for five minutes it was either wait and see if I'd passed the interview as it always feels like I'm in job training waiting for someone to come and check my results or leave the shopping behind and get to my job on time it's very frustrating to be stood for that amount of time just waiting for someone to just put a simple code in because of a book especially when the store was so quiet

If you're willing to look you can find bargains however there is a lot of "tat".
The site however, is appauling... The shelves are poorley stocked and maintained, the floor appear to be held together with gaffa tape, and frankly I don't know why the custodians of the Arndale allow it to continue looking like that.

Who doesn't like something for cheep when food is a constant bill, but food isn't the only thing they sell, so if you are on a budget or just love to save money where you can it's worth visiting.

Discount shop located in the Arndale. All the usual goodies mixed with assorted tat. Good value.
