Wasteful. No proper cups. All plastic. You'd expect Pret to at least attempt to be environmentally friendly. Trip advisor insists I write 100 characters.

Best staff. Friendly and polite. My orders never got messed up unlike at other prets. Love the service

Ordered a breakfast tea, lets just say milks going cheap in Manchester because the tea was so milky, if you didn't recognise the floating tea bag you have tought it was a hot glass of milk.
