Great brand, but as far as this particular store is concerned, here are some thoughts.- Selection of clothes is pretty limited compared to other stores (Leeds, London).- Most staff members are nice, but they struggled to process my return and I ended up going across the road to Next to return 3 items. First they said the manager is busy, then they said they can't process it without the receipt, which isn't true, because usually scanning the label is enough at Reiss stores...). I said I'd rather go to Next than argue and it was done there without problems (no receipt needed).

We were served by Kevin, who made very rude and snide comments after we asked if they was a student discount or a sale on the item we were purchasing. He mocked us for asking if this was the case and proceeded to say that this is not a student store and for us to enjoy our studies. No one should ever assume anyone's monetary value. All we wanted was a belt.

There is this blonde haired, blued eyed, 5 ft 5 girl who is so rude. She acts as if she is annoyed to even speak to customers. I had such an unpleasant interaction with her at 5 pm on 19/01.Learn some manners.

I purchased a number of garments from the store whilst in Manchester. The store was clean and the staff were attentive but I was disappointed by the very limited amount of stock which was held here. The majority of items that I looked at had sizes unavailable and where sizes were available, there was only one of each present (with not additional stock held back of house).Frustratingly, one item which I was hoping to purchase was being held by another customer, which is fine, but I was shocked to hear that garments can be held for up to two weeks without being collected. To me, that seems absolutely ridiculous, especially when a customer is in store and ready to make a purchase.AMEX is accepted ??

I really think that my transition in to grown up person began with my first Reiss garment.It was a crew neck jumper. Merino wool. Hand woven. Available in a variety of colours, sizes xs through xl. £74.99 and a steal at that.

Bought a suit from the shop on a Sunday Returned a few days later to buy something else and it turns out that the suit is now on for half price.A heads up from the staff would have been very useful. It's just very shady & tarnishes the brand, which otherwise, has some excellent clothes.

?Clothes & staff 5 star!?However the fitting room is toooo small even for a size 8 women.? The lightings in the fiting room is coming straight from your head so there are a lot of shades/shadow which also need change. ?The curtain somehow was not fully covered the change room ha! ????Whoever designed the fitting rooms has no clue what he/she is doing.???I highly suggest the brand to redesign it to improve the customer experience.
