Issues with stock for meal deal in store, closest Tesco on Oxford Road doesn't have this issue but the other Sainsbury's there does.

Take off the plastic pandemic panels from the counters, I can barely sneak my arms underneath them to grab my groceries, always scrape my arms on it. It's been years. Take them off!

Good range of food available but staff are too slow to stock shelves in the morning which results in disgruntled office workers not being able to get what they want in advance and long queues during lunch hours.

Security follow me round the store because I shop randomly (I have ADHD) yet when the person in front of me walked out of the store with £35 of shopping when their card was declined at the self-scanning till, the staff couldn't care less.

Small, local store serving residential and businesses. Very busy at lunch time, not helped by the cramped layout. Staff are a mixed bag, but generally don't seem overly friendly or helpful!

Not 1 vegan cheese?? And no vegan pizza. Shocking.

Whilst the maple syrup is a little over my budget, the consistency in vegan hoisin wrap availability keeps me sane. Thanks sains!

long queues all the time

Queues often snake through the isles as they generally have 1 person on checkout. But today literally ALL their fridges and freezers were, ?broke due to the warm weather?, so I?ve left with nothing

1.Staff are zombies - go to self checkout, wait for approval or need help and they just don't do anything sometimes just stare at you even though they can see the big red light flashing.2.When the shop gets busy you can't move, yeah it's small but it's laid out so poorly no space for a queue as it's all the way down the booze aile and blocking anyone trying to shop - again staff don't help, nobody jumps on a till or helps get the queues moving.Worst conscience store in city centre by a mile, only successful as it's the only peoper shop in the area.

Little to no vegan section? not a vegan babybel in sight, disappointing.

There is no point in using Sainsbury?s smart shop if it checks you EVERY TIME and the employees have ZERO knowledge of it. It?s literally useless. They don?t know what you?re asking for then take 10+ minute finding the scanner.2 stars because apart from their SmartShop incompetence, they?re fine.

Just got ID'd by someone who i'm nearly a decade older than, who could clearly see i'm 30 years of age.I asked to speak to his supervisor, to see if there was any common sense lying somewhere else in the store. He then called over another spotty faced young person who was born in the 2000s.Baring in mind im 6ft with a full beard and over a decade older than the required age I started showing the two teenagers my grey hairs in a final desperate attempt to get my bottle of wine. They refused me service both absolutely knowing I'm many many years older than both of them. Two members of staff on an absolute power trip instead of doing their jobs. I've been buying food and drink there for so many years but don't think I'll be going back again. V disappointed. Supervisor was called Tommy for reference.

I?ve lived round the corner for 2 years now and Im always popping in! Always kind staff and security however this young blonde who I?ve never see before was very rude!!! (Genuinely shocked) She needs to learn some manners and to know how to talk to people politely.
