“I took in four pairs of my most well-loved Dr Martens for some long overdue TLC. The heels and insoles needed replacing and they were in a sorry state. However, Jon worked his magic and did an absolutely amazing job and I am so happy with the result. He breathed life back into my shoes and I am delighted to be able to wear them again! The service I received was exemplary- efficient, high quality and extremely personable. I will definitely return for any future repairs and would recommend anyone local to do the same. “I have always experienced great service in this Clarks in Manchester Fort. With aitonatic doors and a wide middle soace making tge shop wheelchair accessible the front section is for adults and the back for children. Shoes, boots, slippers and shoe care products are sold here. This Clarks is a smaller Clarks. Enjoy shopping.”

“My wife and our children visited the kids store yesterday and the service we received was fantastic. We were served by Thalia who was so helpful and it was only her first shift, but you couldn’t tell at all - She was attentive and was able to communicate so gracefully with our daughters (aged 2 and 11). The other ladies in store were also fantastic and so helpful looking for other shoes in stock.It can be pretty stressful getting shoes at the right size for kids but the staff literally took all of that away and dealt with everything in a professional and down to earth manner !
