I have been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment , the phone numbers just say unavailable. Tried E mailing but no one responds. Phoned Head Office to be told they can't contact them , they think there is an issue with the phones. Just have to e mail. And there is no Complaints procedure.I have a payment plan and need an appointment. What kind of business is this ?

I came here at 4 pm, according to the store timing it will remain open untill 5 0 clock,But imagine store was closed at 4pm,Such a pethatic way for making costmer inconvenience,

Went into this store today with the intention of buying a pair of sandals. Totally ignored by the two assistants standing at the counter even when a customer left. Tried on a sandals and no one approached me or made eye contact. Put the sandal on the shelf and left. Ladies your lack of customer service meant I took my business elsewhere

Came to Manchester on a trip around the UK and was having some major foot pain. Was able to stop in and the woman working took one look at my feet, called it out as plantar fasciitis, and recommended some insoles. The relief was intense and immediate! I?d been limping around in pain trying to find gel insoles at a pharmacy but these specialized ones made a world of difference. Well worth the £40 and I?m so grateful for her help. So happy I stopped in!

The store and the staff are lovely . The shoes are very comfy I have to say , however, the quality of the material and how they are made are pretty bad. This photo is an example of a pair of summer shoes that my mum bought for herself and were sold as being made of leather ... far from it , unfortunately. I also have 2 x other pair of winter shoes. One of them , the rain water starts leaking in inside the shoe at the front when it rains and the other one the side stiches came undone and I had to take it to get repaired soon after I bought them. Shame , as I thought I had found the perfect place to buy since I always have issues with finding the right shoes.

I attended Shuropody, Deansgate this morning for the Podiatry Clinic and was seen by Tembi. She was brilliant I had a big toe nail that was damaged and she managed to remove it with no pain and my feet feel marvelous. Also Rochelle downstairs in the shop could not have been nicer. Well done to all of you

Disappointed, had both big toe nails removed, not a nice experience, but thought that was it done, but grown back even worse, no a few years later having to have them removed again, after years of pain. A very expensive waste of money on Deansgate, staff seemed lovely but wish i had not bothered.

My partner went with our little boy who is walking on his tip toes, £85 for a consultation and was in there 15 minutes for them to say I will send his doctor an email so he can get and x-ray we went here for a professional opinion not to pay £85 to be referred to his GP, its now been 5 days now and had no email off them, so spent £85 for nothing really,

Absolutely Fantastic! Been before a couple of years ago.I decided to try this store a couple of days ago, I had been previously and they had a different Manager ( a lady ) who both myself and my Mum found to be very abrupt and rude, I went in this time as they had some great slipper offers in the window and i really wanted to get my Dad a new pair and figured i would give it a go as i couldn't see any ladies that could have been that other Manager. I didn't know that they now had a huge selection of mens footwear too! What a great experience, i was welcomed into store by 2 lovely lads, the two David's i believe they said. I ended up leaving here with a number of different shoes and for myself too, as well as a voucher for a Chiropody treatment. Very pleased, would go here again! A lady called Christine i have seen was excellent!

Friendly chatty staff here , always happy to help and go out of their way for customers. But let down by a mess of a store, I called here last Monday to find shoes all messed up in piles in no particular order in a right state. Shoes weren't in pairs and you had to look hard to find the other shoe to match. Store is dated and not very welcoming, choice of footwear is lacking compared to other footwear shops in Manchester City centre. This shop is based on Deansgate where all the high end of shops are, this shop is so way behind with the times. This dull shop isn't trendy, modern and doesn't look enticing at all! Needs a new re-fit and to replenish stock and make it look more appealing and in keeping with the quality of trendy shops on Deansgate.

Not a good experience. I have to change my boots that are 2 weeks old they are Rieker boots and are leaking in water. Good that I bought them in Stockport and can exchange in Manchester. Not good and I quote "we cannot guarantee all our products are waterproof" " so what's the point in spending £60 on footwear for the winter if they are not waterproof ??? Also I could not exchange as they did not have myour size in stock. They were helpful and called Stockport but they did not have my size in stock. Asked when stock would arrive the answer was "just whenever we don't really know" You can have your money back and buy a different pair of boots . I asked if they could order my size in and the answer was no. So now I will get my money back order my size on line and probaby never shop there again . O and we wonder why the high street is going down hill.
