They refused me to use a bathroom, even tho i had a radar key. I had to buy bottle of water for £2.60 to use a loo. What a joke.

Burnt milk and bad coffee, slow service, the place was grubby and unclean. Staff with no food hygiene, hair everywhere and kept touching their faces while handling food. Dark miserable horrible store. Won?t be back on purpose.

We happened to visit as an alternative to any other option in the area. Poor, slow service,(disinterested staff) absolutely no atmosphere. The price of a coffee (mocha) too expensive!

If you take someone's name then it is normal for your staff to call that name when the coffee is ready.Lazy staff employed here too busy chatting and Internet surfing.Dies starbucks employ managers?

forever my favourite place to come in the mornings ! the partners here are so amazing at what they do and never fail to put a smile on my face. Each one of them is so friendly and welcoming and my drinks are never anything less than unreal. even when it?s super busy the wait for a drink is never noticeably long and, again, each worker i?ve interacted with has been nothing short of lovely ?

Just went in for a flat white with coconut milk, when the deink came the milk was sour. I went back to say the milk is sour and the barista said ok she would do it again and made the drink with the same carton of milk. When I told her that she should use a different carton she said she would just do it again with the same milk and if it wasn't goid she would do it again. I explained I didn't have time for this and she insisted and I asked for a refund. Really bad experience for the first time in Starbucks, really bad attitude.

Toilets were absolutely disgusting - poo all up the back of the toilet and in the pan. Sink and floor was disgusting. Had to ask the staff to put soap in there! They obviously aren?t checked regularly by the staff or cleaned regularly!! Vile!! Considering you are paying nearly £6 for a drink you expect to be able to use a decent toilet!

Ordered some drinks and my order was taken down wrong, I realised this when I recieved my drink, when I brought this up to the barista she was not cooperative and kept insisting I was to blame, she then rolled her eyes at me and flooded my drink with syrup. People like this shouldn't be in this line of work. Starbucks do better!

Great staff good service needs a couple of 16-18 years old for Saturday & Sunday just clearing tables.A lot of long stayers taking up tables & chairs not buying Staff tried to move them on, might need security person to assist.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from 3 different doors.
