“My daughter's idea of heaven! We have ordered online a few times but this was the first time she has been inside the actual shop for a few years and she was in awe of the all items available. Choice of stock is vast and although the prices did seem expensive they actually scanned less than what the price tags actually said. Although you do pay a little more for stock from Smiggle the different items are always really good quality and last longer than cheaper alternatives.”

“By far one of the best customer experiences I had! I needed a report for uni to be printed and bound urgently so I went in store to check what what the process was and Sian in store was amazing! She helped me decide on what options I needed for my report, advised what dates/times would be busiest for Ryman and thus may take a longer printing time, made really clear what I needed to email and who to send to, let me know what price to expect and the full breakdown - and more importantly she was lovely to speak to, really clear, super nice and overall made this such a great and easy experience! I wish there was a better choice of books as it feels really like a really small selection, especially in the languages section.Good for the Panini cards too, cheap and easier than buying online.”

“Super quick service. I needed to print visa documents and passport photocopies and it was nice and easy. We were asked to send emails to the email address on the wall, then chose which one was b&w or colour, then it printed, then done. Both my wife and I had tonnes of documents to do but they did it at super speed and it all cost us about 13 quid altogether. Would recommend to use again”

“Lovely woman called Elle helped me and my kids understand the card selection as the price on card was wrong so her customer service was amazing and ever helpful and friendly but WHSmith your self need look what your selling the card say 7.99 on back of them but yet not the right price there a lot lower so it a negative and made me second guess if I should but thankfully Elle saved the day”
