Well stingey with salad, awful cheese placement,burnt bread the list goes on. Staff came across very careless despite a lack of busyness in the place. And my friend asked for peppers and got two measly strips of pepper.

I ordered a TLC salad, a vegan cookie and a bowl of vegan meatballs, so why did the person serving me decide to pour a load of non-vegan cheese on my meatballs without asking me? I only found out when I got home, too late for a refund or a replacement bowl. Bitter disappointment.

Never get uber orders correct, sandwich was incorrect completely. Drinks are never stocked in the fridge and cookies are not baked well

Absolutely terrible service, I have ordered 6" meat ball marinara, first they only put 2 1\2 meatballs on and tried to pass it as that is everything, when I confronted them sayin that there is supposed to be 4 meatballs, the guy just grunted and went to the back for about 5 minutes leaving the unfinished sandwich on the work top, then he returned with his manager who has asked me if I want the rest as meatless meatballs, I refused and he told me that I am gonna have to wait for ten minutes. They didn't even appologised for trying to decieve me. I am never goin there again.

19-December at around 7:30pm, we had very bad experience with two workers. They were so mean and they looked like they did not want to work. Even though, my kids with me, they did not allow us even sat on the chairs while we waiting for the food. We ordered different sandwiches then they mixed them together. We ordered vegetarian food and they did not change the gloves.It was really bad experience. Other subways are extremely better than this shop.
