Firstly made out he did not have the phone, then demanded money before handing the phone back and thereafter, insulting the customer who picked up the phone, threatening with an iron bar.This was uncalled for and will never return and advise others' caution.

I went there to take off my screen protector because I've had it for over 2yrs. I tried taking it off myself but it was too hard.I love the way I was attended to, they were very polite and it was fun looking at various phone accessories. At the end of the day my phone got a makeover....lolIt looks brand new with the new screen protector, pop socket and the phone pouch. I'm actually going back there to do the same for my grandma cos she likes what she sees.
