It seems that this is a kind of scam or may be scammers are misusing the name of their shop. In my bank account, I see three transactions all with the same cost (£24.72) from them while I have never ever heard about them. So I called my bank to stop it. I see here in the comment that a year ago somebody else explained similar story about £1200. Not sure who is the scammer, but the name of the GBM Digital Techno is attached to the transaction.

Scam!!! I was charged $1200 from GBM and I have never used them and I didn?t even know who they were until my bank called me. My bank caught the fraud and stopped it! My bank also said that a lot of fraud is coming from Great Britain lately!

I got a repair done during lockdown, everything seemed okay and appreciated that they were able to fix it while apple was closed so I could finish my assignments for my masters. However by September it become too slow to use and the fan was constantly on. I took it to apple who were not very impressed with the repair as all the screws were either not tightened or not even in. They tightened the screws and that seemed to resolve the issue. My laptop has been working fine for two weeks now. I went back to this company to get a partial refund for an incomplete repair, all I was asking for 10% of the £500 I paid but was told no, it is out of their warranty and apple has incorrectly informed me. Warranty shouldn't apply if they didn't complete the repair and since apple solved my problem by just tightening the screws, I'm sure it was the incomplete repair. They have refused any sort of refund and now the manager Danny, isn't replying to my email. The response and clearly their actual work is not as professional as I thought. Acknowledgment and a partial refund would have just resolved the matter swiftly but nope, their incomplete repair is nothing to do with them anymore.

Nathan and the team are amazing they really know there stuff, and managed to get my MacBook done under a quality programme and I?m really grateful for Jack Leigh who kept me informed of everything that was going on during the repair.Keep up the great work

Useless scam centre that makes money by charging £48 for diagnostics just to tell you that you need your laptop to be replaced and it will cost you 20 times more. They lured you into a trade-in just to tell you later they don't have models available. Having said so, my repair was done for £30 in the authorised apple service in Ukraine and I did not have to buy a new laptop. This is where quality meets value unlike GBM.

I had my laptop in for a repaire at Jenning computer in York and i was going through some insurance issues with Zurich and Jenning and than they wanted a second opioid from GBM and wanted me to pay £70 for nothing.

DON'T COME HERE FOR APPLE SUPPORT ISSUES!!! MY MAC HAD A BLINKING FILE AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME £195 TO REINSTALL THE SOFTWARE, I WENT TO THE APPLE STORE AND THEY DID IT FREE OF CHARGE. THEY ARE LYING, THIEVING ROGUES. ESPECIALLY THE SHORT ONE WITH SMELLY BREATH

I took my MacBook that was slightly water damaged, served by a guy called Andy (the tilted head skywards is both rude and arrogant, was informed that there was over 1k damage....took to a lovely chap locally, fixed it for less than £150......say it all really...ripe off

Having dealt with IT/tech support companies in the past with generally bad experiences I was nervous when I came to GBM. As a business owner I needed a new laptop with very little downtime involved. Staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt calm and comfortable handing over my precious tech - I definitely can't say the same of previous experiences elsewhere!! I'll 100% come back and also recommend GBM to anyone, my new 'out of box' laptop is excellent and was a real bargain!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Picked up a MacBook to be repaired. Went to a fictitious address. Finally after much sweat and phone calls it was picked up. They never notified me as to the outcome of either a total loss or of the MacBook being repaired. I rang to be told that they were awaiting me to contact them.
