Too bad services upside down.In July we signed a business contract for 2 SIM cards and 1 Homeboardband. However, they debited my bank account 7 times in one month (July-August) for a total of around £130, which is ridiculous. I tried to find out the reason for each transaction through live chat and phone calls, but no one could answer my questions other than to say they didn't see any bills in my account. One more thing is I don't know where to check my bill every month, even I logged in to my acount

The store was in good shape and the agent was quick to help me. Ive had excellent service with 3 over the last few years especially with the 'Go Roam' asset attached to the account meaning that travelling for work is so stress free.Sadly, I went in to the trafford centre store and was helped with a change to my now previous sim contract that saw me gain more data for no additional cost. Bonus! What I wasnt told was that I would now be charged £2 a day to activate my 'Go Roam' where previously it was inclusive in my deal and id pay for overseas calls, which for calls, is fine. Not however when youre travelling to the channel islands regularly and have had none of these costs discussed or shared with you.I have been miss sold this deal and cant get anybody to put me back on my previous deal. Its not a sustainable deal anymore and the very purpose of coming to three was because it was so practical.You cant sell contracts to people without discussing, highlighting and sharing contractual changes!

Staff not really very helpful as I wanted to cancel my mobile WiFi dongle as I wasn't spending money with them I was a inconvenience the same when I phoned the so called help line

Saad is a valuable member of staff and he impressed me that much with the way he helped my husband, week later I cancelled my contract with EE and got a new contract with 3. Saad also served myself and again was very helpful and supportive. A great asset to the store

Was to renew my contract, got told need to get a new SIM for that strangely enough, but I have told them I am keeping my old number. So I got a new SIM, and 3 days later my number did not transfer and the customer support is saying my old number been canceled and my PAC code been used so can not be used again. A total mess, it is like they either did not know what they were doing or just did not care. Unprofessional and I am extremely unsatisfied!
