I had been told by my brother that Timpsons was the place to go if I need my watches adjusted or keys cut and he was right! Lee was brilliant from start to finish. Both keys have been cut well and Lee also done my two watches in just a couple minutes. Would highly recommend using this branch. Professional, polite and quick service!

Broke my key at the petrol station so couldn't start my car and the very friendly and helpful manager (Lee?... Forgot the name) managed to solder the bit back on to the chipset for me and get my car started again, saving me £200 on a cold winter's evening. Great service.

Amazing service .
I had a problem with a pair of expensive sandals I bought abroad ( the strap snaped on only the second wearing of them) so I couldn't return them . I asked if they could be mended the friendly young man carefully looked at them and explained how he would mend them . I went off to do my shopping ,and I was amazed they are as good as new . Friendly ,professional service many thanks I will definitely use Timsons Baguley again and recommend them to friends and family .ð???
