I went to pick up a click and collect, the server was horrible and rude, this is what upsets me when I go in totally respectful, he basically demanded my I'd and no smile or welcome to the store, I waited nicely and he just shoved my bag and walked, away, I won't shop there again

Went into the shop to find a bag for my mum, was mocked by a member of staff to another where they both shared a good laugh. Was made to feel very unwelcome and soon left the store with a rushed purchase, absolutely disgusting customer service and won?t be shopping here again.
