I felt very welcome as soon as I came in and was offered a drink, Libby was extremely chatty and made me feel very comfortable as I do not get my hair done regularly, she explained everything she was doing and made sure I was okay with the decisions, she even got me a drink from the shop! Couldn’t fault the appointment!!
