“Booked a short break in Dubai with trailfinders in Manchester. Other than the actual shop experience the overall experience with them was flawless. We had an issue with my wife’s visa and the tele staff were absolutely brilliant and super helpful, they called back when promised and I felt that they really are about everything going perfectly. The flight, transfers and hotel surpassed all my expectations and I would not hesitate booking with them again. I think in future I would just avoid the shop as it didn’t really impress me that much and the staff there were a little indifferent with a walk-in booking.”
