Very comfy bed, which is always a nice surprise, the hotel was very quiet inside, and we were stopping there with a lot of people who had been to see Shania Twain, no noise at all apart from the Manchester traffic outside the window, but that was fine come bed time. The room was very nice, although was expecting if it will have a big electric cooler for the whole room. Overall their service is excellent and the location is perfect.
