I would like to express massive thanks to Mr Andrew D., who has looked after me for the last 15 years. I really regret I had never done it before, because Mr Andrew deserve for million compliments and there was many occasions, when he helped me.Mr Andrew always pays me a lot of attention and has a lot of patience. He is always polite and smiling. He is very knowledgeable about the bank's product and always has great offers in store. He is passionate about explaining all the complicated banking issues. I always feel safe under his care. Thanks to him, visits to the bank are never stressful and are a pleasure. I would like to say a big thank you to the bank manager for employing such an outstanding person, with a great deal of experience and always open to people.An emergency situation has occurred to me in recent weeks. I needed a large amount of cash. Despite the fact, that it was a Friday and very late in the afternoon, Mr Andrew contacted his manager and organised everything within half an hour. There are no words to describe my gratitude and affection for Mr Andrew. I would never swap him for any other bank adviser and it is because of him that I will always remain a loyal bank customer.Kat

Worst customer experience ever. Wanted to report fraud. Called the local branch. Automated response declared ?they are busy helping other customers?, suggested doing it online and then hung up. The issue is due to the age of the account holder (minor) I need to visit ghe branch in person. Awful experience.

Amazing service received today from Andrew Davenport. We came to open a bank account for my mum. Andrew was so lovely, attentive and opened a bank account really quickly. We are so grateful

My last visit to the bank was a nightmare. The customer service was appalling, and the new setup was ridiculous. To make matters worse, the music was very loud. I needed to deposit £3000 in cash into my account, but I had to wait for 12 minutes while the only staff member at the only desk chit chatted with another customer. When I finally got to deposit my cash, I was told that she couldn't take more than £1k, and I had to use the other ATMs in the branch. Unfortunately, those machines couldn't accept more than £500 at a time, so I had to make five separate transactions, wasting 20 minutes of my time. The bank's unprofessionalism was unbearable, and it felt more like a bad social club than a bank!

Only branch of TSB for miles around that's open on a Saturday, but they don't do counter service at weekends so couldn't pay in coins. They keep telling us to use our high street branches otherwise we'll lose them... Wasted trip

Parking is a little awkward - best to use the multi-storey. Staff inside are very helpful. Service was fast and efficient.
