The order of the shop was shocking, sat down with a bald man with glasses who didn?t even look up to say hi, was so blunt and rude when talking about upgrading my phone, and had really poor customer service skills when trying to help get a good deal. Had no enthusiasm to keep a customer like myself on the network at all.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Zaynah. She was patient, polite, friendly, and helpful in upgrading my contract. It was the best experience I've had with any company and their staff.

Pathetic Customer service, with customer advisors with attitude problems - Namely one called AJ, most unhelpful, disrespectful customer service agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The hint is in the job title - Customer Service. Having an attitude problem with a customer who has come to you with an issue is a contradiction to the job you are hired to do.An absolutely disgrace to the Vodafone company - Sort out your attitude problem and learn to do better. Lost a customer who has been with the company for a while - advice to any unfortunate Vodafone customers, avoid this store at all costs, instead phone customer service, atleast you will be better treated. Avoid this store at all costs!

Didn't get his name think it was Asi or Ashi that helped me. He made my trip to Trafford Worth the while as I'd forgotten my purse and the newly installed pay app wouldn't work so basically he sorted it out for me. Thank you very much I was able to give my grandaughter her lunch ?

I went to the Trafford Centre store to upgrade to a new phone. Paige dealt with my request. She was very professional, polite, helpful and friendly. I always go to this store and I always receive fantastic customer service. Keep up the great work Paige and the rest of the staff.
