Tiny turning circle for artic which is no problem turning with airline off , forklift driver very very arrogant and disgusting attitude, wont even talk to you when u ask him where to park or what procedure. Not tipping here again shame on you pal.

We have had a terrible experience with Wickes regrading a bathroom install. They rushed us into getting a fitter in before we had confirmed the actual fittings we wanted. The result was that our bathroom was removed and Wickes did not have the correct fitting requested. After two separate deliveries containing the wrong fittings (Over 3 weeks) the sub contracted fitters (by Wickes) walked off the job as they had another job. We have been left without a bathroom for 9 weeks now. A plumber has agreed to complete the job but has already noted significant issues with the design and initial works carried out by Wckes sub-contractors. We paid in advance to the sub contractors on top of the payment to Wickes which seems like we won't get back. Customer service since this has been terrible. We get passed from one department to another each week with no solution. Do not use this company

I am adding this to the start of my original review. I went to Wickes for my kitchen and was horrified with the fitter they sent me who was nothing but an excuse for a workman. Phil Hall should be avoided as he was unable to fit & finish my kitchen as promised and planned. It took over 9 months to get him back to resolve multiple issues and UNBELIEVABLY, Wickes paid him again to fix his mistakes!!NEVER USE THIS SHOP FOR KITCHENS OR BATHROOMS.Original review - Reasonable choice of products with named brands and Wickes own brand too. They sell kitchens, bathrooms, lumber products, electricals, decorating supplies, garden items, DIY products and much more.Staff friendly and helpful. A member of staff helped carry heavy items to my car and load them in the boot.

Left but realised we had forgotten to buy an item. We had only just left the car park so went straight back and were annoyed to find they had closed at 6 minutes to 4 on Sunday 27th August.

Customer service here is disgusting not interested in helping unless you insist as I had to do tonight the manager is no better his attitude was did you get what you wanted end of!!I could of come away with nothing and a wasted journey ?

The collection service is one of the hardest, the way it designed is like you are setting up online banking account and feels like you are going to collect the top secret formula.You get order number,You get pin numberYou need to tell then what time you be at store and when leaving from home tell them with your location so they can calculate time of arrival.Surely you expect that somebody will be there at door to receive you abd hand your collection over.But when you go no one on the counter which says its collection point.

Generally good for most items you?d require for most day to day DIY tasks, but is a bit lacking on some of the lesser popular items (the only reason I?ve marked down a star).Generally good products, good parking, good layout, clear signage and I?ve found the staff very friendly and helpful on my last few visits.Also, good n my last few visits the current offers have been very good too.

First and last time using wickesFirst and last time using wickesI ordered 5x 6x6ft fence panels. I got the delivery window time text .on the day of delivery it was late .and the panels where in a transit van full of loose parcels and the driver was banging around in the back moving items that were on the panels and started to drag them out it stated 2 men delivery not 1..I refused delivery as I don't want bowed or damaged panels. I'll have to go elsewhere so there transported with care

I had a bathroom fitted Jan 2022. I?ve had issues such as warped surfaces, extractor fan not working and have reported these in August 2022. I have completed a complaint form, contacted customer service a million times since August last year reporting the issues. They have sent replacement worktop and fan however had no one come to replace them. I ring once a week and they keep telling me they are sorting it. My bathroom is going mouldy and due to no extractor fan have to keep window open all the time. Light fitting has gone rusty yet I ring everyweek and still same answer and no action. My complaint from I completed online and emailed them I have had no response to in 2weeks. The after service is terrible . I would not recommend them going forward to anyone!!!

Bathroom disaster courtesy of Wickes Baguley.12 months since paying in full for a bathroom including installation we now have a non-functioning bathroom and a front garden that resembles a scene from Shameless!Wickes customer service have offered another fitter to resolve this unsatisfactory situation in Jan 2023.I concur with everything the previous review stated including the reluctance of the Initial designer (Tony B also) to become involved and help resolve the difficulties. I too took to contacting the Wickes CEO, who have been of moderate help. It is worrying though that a p.l.c. has the need of a whole Department and dedicated 'Zendesk' portal to manage complaints that get escalated to CEO level. There has to be better communication at store and regional level to prevent this from happening. The REGIONAL installation Manager could never been contacted, refused to ring me, and when asked to make a visit to the property I was told he couldn't as he wasn't local. Hardly ideal for a Regional Manager!There is a whole lot I could write on this most unsatisfactory episode but I now need to focus on removing the stuff they did take out of the bathroom and trying to find someone to remedy the situation.This has caused our family a great deal of stress and inconvenience, and we are now around £700 out of pocket that I expect Wickes to at least correct.
