16th May 18. TXN7379. Dreadful experience - called up to speak to the manager - continually rude and showed no interest other than trying to prove me wrong - and when it turned out I was right put the phone down. Looks to be a sizeable concern being run by people without the necessary skills. Issue escalated to Head Office and Costa/Whitbred.
