Middleton arndale superdrug.Where do I start ?The manager , has to be the worst I have EVER COME ACROSS. , She was rude , obnoxious, arrogant , bad mannered , to be a manager you have to have people skills "defeats the objective really if you haven't" she's not a clue on how to handle people or handle anything in particular really . Useless and absolutely awful at her job. Me and my family will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN. Nothing against superdrug(although there's nothing super about them) you need to take out a bank loan to shop here to be honest. I make pretty good money at work. But had to save for a couple of week to be able to go buy some toiletries, it was the choice of either food for my family or go buy something from super drug. I wanted to look good with one of there bags really , highlight of the week for the kids going to superdrug. Was either Blackpool pleasure beach for the day or super drug for an hour , I mean they both cost the same but at least I don't have to get the train back from super drug.

I was very happy to shop here. It is a shop that has a lot of products cheaper than they are elsewhere. The customer service was great, with someone offering to help me as I walked in. There was no waiting time. I would definitely come here again.

Leone is just the best store assistant there. Everytime I come into store she greets me with a smile and asks me if there's anything she can help me with. Gives great advice and helps me chose cosmetics to suit my skin tone. She deserves some recognition this lady does.
