I took my elderly father to the store today as he bought an item that was broken in December and couldnt find his receipt, the ladies at the store was so helpful and checked through there stock record and found proof he had in fact bought the item from that store and issued him with a new receipt to enable him to go to the other store for a full refund, the staff in question helped us for a good half hour to sort this out and could have easily just fobbed us off, thank you so much for your help

I have been in to Argos on Elk mill tonight after work around 5pm. Can I just say how smoothly and effective the service was. I felt safe at all times and the covid/social distancing measures in place are great. I will not hesitate to buy from here again.

0 STAR RATING!!\\n\\nDisgusting customer service, paid for PS5, only to be given refund moments later which will take 5 working days, with no explanation. Rubbish wouldn?t recommend Argos to anyone.

I am not sure about the names of the two employees. Basically, I came in the store with my son who has cerebral palsy and other learning difficulties.\\nInitially, I browsed the product it was easy to use for my son because of the level of the machine installed and good browsing speed. It was very interesting experience for my son use pencil and writing the catalogue number.\\nWe went towards the counter to place the order. An employee was already serving the customer. Someone quickly jumped on the counter to serve. We did not had to wait. I let my son to take the lead to place the order. Staff was very friendly, She interacted with my son asking about his new scooter. My son asked to show the order on the checkout screen to ensure he is getting the correct product. There wasn't this option on the screen, She used mobile to show him the picture of the product to ensure he is happy and getting the right product that he wanted. Receipt was a bit confusing for my son. He asked several times about the order number and she answered as many times without getting frustrated in very polite manner with smile.\\nWe waited less than a minute to collect our order. Again, the girl at the collection point was very humble and friendly. Instead of stamping the Received stamp by her. She gave the stamp to my son to stamp on the receipt and asked interactive questions about his new scooter.\\nI am very happy with the staff level of customer services and understanding of staff to slow down with the people with diverse need.

I ordered a fish tank on fast track from this store only to have the delivery driver named James remove the tank itself from the box and place it in my wheelie bin ! it absolutely blows my mind trying to figure out why someone would do such a thing

Very good experience. It was my first time visiting this Argos store. I was served by Tahmina Yasmin and she was very patient with me as I could not understand her properly due to my hearing problems. Tahmina did not let communication be a barrier as she got pen and paper and wrote to me to make sure we understand each other. I will definitely recommend this store to others and will visit again very soon.
