Always have good service at boots, but it was the first time I've use the opticians at Oldham boots, very nice staff very helpful, especially the young chap that helped picking out my new frames for my distance which I wear all the time and my reading glasses.

There were quite a lot of processes to go through, but the staff explained everything very well. My only complaint was having to wait 15 minutes beyond my appointment time before the tests/explanations began.

I'm sorry I've forgotten your opticians name and it's not printed clearly in the prescription.I was pleased that she was very understanding of my annoying and complex problem and agreed to refer me to the eye hospital without further ado.

Amazing service as usual. Was seen straight away. Great welcome into the store. I was seen by Alima for my health checks and she ensured the machines were thoroughly sanitised. Everyone was extremely welcoming and my optician was very knowledgeable. I think the opticians name was Ambar.I was priced up a new pair of glasses by Gem who was great and telling me what suits me and what doesn't. I love honesty.Will recommend to all my friends and family.

From the moment I arrived Olwen looked after me really well during my pre-test . She was both professional and friendly. Ambar did my test and she was super friendly and informative. She answered all my questions informatively and I left feeling confident that I had had accurate assessment of my sight. My wife had the following appointment and she said all the same things.

Went for an eye test a couple of weeks ago. Person taking pictures of my eyes was very friendly and the optician took her time doing the test and was very thorough. They took their time going through different glasses options with me and were patient as i took a while to choose them! Will definitely be going back for when im due my next sight test!
