Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for the perfume staff to stop having a chin wag, then another member of staff walked over with her lunch and they decided to serve her first. Not very professional at all, I'd expect better from such a large company.

Great, always have the things I want. Grabbed some last minute jean paul gaultier perfume as a gift, they packed it nicely in a gift box. Great staff, friendly as always.

A smaller boots than average. Have a good selection of things but what really puts me off is some of the staff can be quite rude when looking for items.

Stood at the Elk Mill pharmacy for 5 minutes waiting to be served while 3 staff behind the counter ignored me and continued working on individual tasks. Any one of the three staff could have stopped what they were doing and served me but chose not to. They appeared to think that ignoring waiting customers was OK.

Avoid at all costs if you have a special order prescription. I waited over 5 weeks in total. I went in after two weeks to check progress as that is how long it has taken from other chemists previously, the chemist found it had been put in a box and not actioned (another customer next to me had the exact same problem). I waited around for almost an hour whilst they phoned to sort it out. Part of my prescription arrived last week which I went down to collect. The chemist managers seemed to be unsure when the rest would arrive and said they would phone, because I was meeting someone I asked if they could text me as I couldn't wait around. I didn't get a text but a week later got a message my prescription was in. I went to collect it today and waited at the counter whilst the femail assistant served another customer and moved to the retail till at that point three other customers arrived and queued at the retail side. The male chemist manager was in that area too and after helping another customer the female staff member told him to assist me first as I was the next customer. He came over blatently ignored me and served another customer. After the retail area was clear the female staff member came to help me, the male chemist was still busy with a customer collecting her info for repeat and preferred business. I didn't speak up and voice my unhappiness with their lack of service apart from when upon giving me my prescription I was asked if I wanted them to be my preferred supplier of future prescriptions for which I said no I had a bad experience with this so would not.
