Bought this sandwich Thursday 13th October, the use by date on the item is 17th of October.The item had mould on it when I checked it on Friday 14th of October. I've been trying to contact the petrol station since Friday evening to discuss the mould on the sandwich (today is sunday 16th October with one day remining for useby).They have been passing me along the shift workers. Saying Ring back at 2pm. When I ring back at that time they tell me Ring back between 6am and 12pm. When I Ring back I've been told to contact someone called Nadeem at 2pm.I am not bothered about £2 refund. Its the principle of the matter and potentially a contaminated batch of sandwiches that they are selling without any concern to the public. I have tried to chase Nadeem, clearly he does not care about the standards of his sandwiches he is selling so therefore I will be directly contacting trading standards.Whomever is selling the sandwiches to this petrol station is using contaminated meat or mouldy meat.Do not buy sandwiches from this petrol station.

BP petrol station is excellent and has a very very good store for your essentials and also has Costa coffee also very good snack selections and drinks selections as well as the meals deals and very good sandwiches and car essentials and chocolates and sweets. Also the workers there are very friendly and helpful and always have a smile and greet you cheerfully and make your visit a joy and they also can give recommendations if you need any for example to what type of drink or sandwich is really good. The petrol amd diesel prices and very decent and the station is clean and professionally kept. They also have cash machine there which is free cash withdrawals and doesn't charge any money. Very very good and convenient. Also car jet wash and pump etc. I especially really like the store and the various products they have and tye quality of goods and brands they store like essentials like car chargers and stuff. I love their selection of snack like the flapjacks and Chocolate biscuits and cross songs and also I really like the way they have displayed their dreams to have so many variety of drinks on water and sandwiches and also the way they have displayed the crisps on they have the meal deal I really really like going there and I really like eating the food there.

Absolute disgusting customer service, lack of awareness, damaged pumps, oil leaking from the pipes. Warned him 3 months ago about the pump leaking oil and did not acknowledge a word I said to him and still leaks to this day. When asked if I could use the money from reward card he kept coming up with multiple excuses. I?ve asked him if he?s reported to BP he said he?s emailed them multiple times but he kept mumbling and going off track which means he?s clearly lying. I also asked him have you tried wringing them and he just stood in complete silence. He told me before I left if I don?t like it then never to come here again, I said fair enough there?s loads of other BP fuel stations around Oldham and I?ve never had a problem with any but this one because the guys at the till are really arrogant and stubborn!
