“Never been to a Screwfix till my plumber recommended them. It was a bit daunting but the staff at the Oldham branch were very helpful. You really have to know what you want to shop effectively. A shout out to Sarah who was patient with me finding the parts I needed and offering very helpful alternatives for parts that were not in stock or online only. Would have given you six stars but they only allow five, sorry!”
“Had to visit eurocell oldham yesterday afternoon not ( an emergency but urgently) in need of materials , the service could not have been more friendly and efficient and it’s definitely not the service I have experienced in other local suppliers premises. The staff are extremely knowledgeable with regard to their products and do go the extra mile so to speak to make sure that a layman D.I.Y er leaves the premises with the best product for the project in hand , thank you to everyone at eurocell and especially to Rick for the excellent knowledgeable and friendly service he provided for us today . “I would recommend this store in Shaw to those who are deaf/hard of hearing. My partner visited our local Rochdale Branch and they barely even look at customers never mind try and communicate - he always struggles there and I think there should be some training provided there to improve customer service. We dropped by this branch in Shaw and was served by the store manager Alan who could surprisingly communicate via BSL with my partner and we were able to find the product we needed with his assistance. Thanks so much for your help Alan ?”

“5*For tipping your load . 1* for no respect for delivery drivers on arrival as they said you will have to wait for our driver to have his tacho break and get loaded before you can come in so 1-1/2 hrs waiting sad for delivery drivers . But respect to the flt driver for tipping quick”
