Ordered Beko tall freezer online on SaturdayDelivered on Monday by extremely helpful guys. Best price online and by far the best service. I will be visiting their store in Oldham to look at the stuff as need few more kitchen items. Ordered a fridge freezer for delivery + removal of old one. Very helpful and friendly service when ordering on the phone, and nice and flexible about delivery times. All delivered and installed promptly - very tidy & helpful including taking away packaging. Highly recommended.

Outstanding delivery service and processing time?ordered on Tuesday at 2am I got it delivered to my place in South Manchester on the same day?literally the tumble dryer was at mine by 2pm?I did not expect such a quick delivery I actually thought it was a bug?but I was wrong the delivery guy was amazing he kept us up-to-date and helped to get it where we need it to be?.5stars professional, clear process and user friendly I would definitely recommend them and use them again

Wonderful customer service from these guys. I bought a new fridge freezer but it had a small dent on one of the doors, I returned to the shop same day and they very quickly offered to replace the fridge with a new one the day after.

I was in Direct Discounts in Oldham today. I was looking for a washing machine but didn't know what to look for, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Spencer, who explained everything I needed for a suitable machine for my needs, he wasn't pushy, just friendly, and after pointing out the various machines I could choose, he left me to look at them all and decide for myself which one I needed. Then he came back and I had decided on 2 that I liked in particular, but still couldn't decide on which one to go for, and he made it easier for me to finally choose the one I wanted. When it was time to pay, John, the manager, rang to see if they had that particularly machine in the warehouse, and he was also very friendly. Direct Discounts was recommended to me by my neighbours, and I must say it was everything they said it was. I was very happy and satisfied with the 2 wonderful staff members, who made my experience there really great, and I would definitely go back again. I am already thinking of everyone I know who I can recommend this place to. A big thank you to both Spencer and John for the welcome and for making what normally would have been a daunting experience for me a good one. Thank you, guys!!!

This shop is brilliant?. I needed a washer as mine was broken so went to curry?s picked a washer but an hour later and by the time they had added £55 for fitting and £35 to take the old washer away and £30 delivery charge it was just to much for what I was getting so my mum reminded me about this place so popped down within in 5 minutes I?d purchased a better washer and only £20 charge for fitting taking the old one away and delivery. It arrived the next day on time it took 5 mins for them to sort it. Also there really nice and helpful people. So this is the place to go. Thank you to all of you my new washing machine is ace ?

The people at the oldham branch are great to deal with, washing machine broke last night ordered a new one at 11pm and my new washing machine was delivered and installed by 1pm the following day and the delivery drivers were friendly too.
