AVOID ! Management have a chip on their shoulder and the food took 50 mins to make and they still got the order wrong. Drinks were flat and service was horrendous! Will definitely not be eating for the BD3 branch

Overall, Frangoz offers a decent dining experience with its loaded box meals. The chicken burger and wings were crispy and flavourful, but there's room for improvement with the dryness of some burgers(my friend said his was dry but mine was fine) and the quality of sauces and chips. Service was prompt, and the atmosphere was pleasant for a casual meal with friends.

Horrible rude staff went for food with my mate he went to order I went to the toilet and the manager said it?s not a public toilet ask before you use it I mean what a total idiot if they wasn?t so worried about the toilet maybe the owner wouldn?t sit outside on a night taking drugs in his black Touareg keep and eye out for it probably making burger with the same hands

Disappointmen!Ive ordered according to there menu online Mix Grill was priced as £8.99 and they charged me £14.99 also didn't offer any Naan or rice with it.Same with the burgers I've ordered overcharged me and no drinks offered and very poor quality chipsUn-Experience and Careless staff!Never going there again!

Overall poor, ordered the T Bone Steak but the quality the sauce just not upto the execution of a steak place, and not seasoned at all.I am Sure thier fried burgers and pizzas are fine but the quality of meat is not great.Loaded box again poor, by no way a loaded box, putting loads of fries and a couple of wings doesn?t make it a loaded boxThe whole set up of ordering and then collecting your food when you charge restaurant prices is confused and disjointed??Not comfortable seating, and overall disappointed.

Good service from the team and food was tasty. Place is well maintained with seating upstairs. Nice friendly vibe inside. Highly recommend.

Really nicely done out, staff are great, reccomending menu items, ordered smash burger unfortunately tasted quite dry didn't really enjoy it and the grilled chicken was edible but not overly tasty, I'm sure it should improve with

Ordered 2 of the steak meals. Steaks were different sizes (not that big) and I saw another customer whose steak was about twice the size. I enjoyed the food but overall it was just average. Got a smash burger to take away which was decent.

I love the food including the ?chicken stir fry? I had 2x. It is so delicious, tasty and good to eat.The drinks including the ?orange soda & pink lemonade? are good and tasty at the best of them including flavour.The staff are very friendly, helpful and always deliver the best experience & service.Talha is nice, friendly and helpful. I had a good chat with him. He was nice, friendly and good.The atmosphere is amazing including the menu screens, food displays, clean tables and everything.The prices are good but not too bad.I love to recommend Frangoz to friends, family, colleagues and others.I must-try the burgers, pizzas, grilled food and shakes.Frangoz is phenomenal!

Ordered the steak which was not 16oz. Between the 3 of us, we got different sizes (all small). My mate had a piece that was butchered and 50% smaller than ours. Disappointing.
