Just not great tbf. They have very nice customer service whilst wanting to take your money but no thought to after care. I did wonder when a company offers 12 months fitting cover why they do that but stupidly wanted to go local. Honestly avoid if you can. The workmanship is awful and aftercare a joke. They franchise out fittings and care less how the work is done. I spent almost £3500 with this company. I went back today and was told ?I can give you a number of fitter? honestly avoid. Check my reviews I barely comment but wouldn?t want you to fall for this shambles. If it avoids one person getting the same treatment as I did I am at least glad for that. Careless heartless prideless company in my opinion.

Got whole house recarpetted, and bathroom floor done. Bathroom floor completely lifted and looks awful. Went into the shop to see if any support could be offered as I believe it was incorrectly fitted (fitters said they forgot glue, went to buy some then left 2 empty tins of carpet glue in the bath tub) - and was told it?s one of those things ?? Carpets are fine except the fitter bust one of our radiator pipes and made a leak (pointed it out and he advised we get a spanner and fix it ourselves) , but in terms of longevity they are okay so far. Wouldn?t use again or recommend due to bathroom and lack of customer service.

There are always lots of great choices and good deals, staff very friendly and helpful, have always used G&G for our house flooring when required, fitting is also arranged at a extra cost.
